Not sure if the assist emulator is installed. The IFOX assembler is
available and a superset been created to use some 31 bit addressing
instructions for the MVS/380 project. And single stepping and trace
instructions are available with Hercules.

ASSIST is installed in the VM/370 4/5/pack so its around. VM/370 also has
the PER mods installed for tracing..
